Project Overview
The TH!NK Primary Care Facility is a six-story, 150,00 square foot medical facility includes a first floor with retail, pharmacy, and urgent care services. Floors two through five house a mix of primary care physicians, dentists and minor out-patient procedure rooms. The sixth floor is made up of physician offices and meeting rooms. The exterior of the building is a combination of high quality curtain wall systems and burnished concrete block that sit on the 5-acre site that includes all new surface parking and improved green space.
